As you may know, Joey and Elijah will be participating in the City2Surf, with their Team CHANGE FITNESS, on Sunday, August 11th. Joey is pushing Elijah all 14kms including Heartbreak Hill! 😳👊
There would be nothing better to kick off this epic event then to have you join the team to celebrate the week before to help us get prepared!
